SUMMER CAMP

Dates
Session #1: June 13 – July 1, 2011
Session #2: July 5 – July 22, 2010 (closed July 4th)
You must enroll for minimum of one full session.
Hours
8:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Cost
$250 per week, plus a one-time $50 registration/evaluation fee (to be submitted with application).
Ratio
The ratio will be 3:1; however, if it is determined that your child requires 1:1 assistance, there will be an additional fee.
Before & After Care Services
Available at an additional cost.
Before Care $5.00 per day
After Care $5.00 per hour
Transportation
Parents will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the Summer Camp Program.
Program details
ABA Component - ABA methodologies will be applied throughout the day; all staff will be trained in ABA by Dr. Tamara Moodie.
Academic activities – Children will be grouped as closely as possible by their age and/or grade level, and they will receive academic instruction for the purpose of maintenance of skills.
Recreational activities – Arts & crafts, music, computer lab, playground time, water play, and one field trip per week to provide social skills training and encourage appropriate social interaction.
Eligibility requirements
Child is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (all levels of spectrum are welcome) from 3 years old and up (Pre-K through 9th Grade)
- 9 slots for Pre-K
- 36 slots for K through 9th
Child has communication deficits, behavioral difficulties, and/or needs assistance or training with self-care skills
Neurotypical siblings welcome
